Childhood Obesity

· What is obesity?
According to Medical Conditions obesity is an exessive fat accumulated in body which is called Body Max Index. As researches shows, if an individual body BMI should be 30 or above 30 that person may called obese.

· What are the reasons for obesity in children?
There are many different reasons for childhood obesity. The major factors that cause childhood obesity is insufficient physical activity and unhealthy diet.

· Is obesity only a national problem? · What do statistics show?What is making worse the obesity problem?
No it is not becauseObesity is an epidimic worldwide problem in all over the world. The obesity level has reached in a peak in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. as the current reseaches shows that the number of obesity children in australia is being more then tripled that almost 65 percent of the adult may be obese by 2020(Better Health Channel,2010,Para.6-7).


· Does obesity have an impact on children’s health?
 Yes, Sure obesity has great effect on children health.Obesity has many consequences on childrens' health. one of the consequenc of obesity is health problem, sphychological effect and social effects.
